Meet Trebble. He is a lucky boy to have been rescued from a rural Ga. shelter and the family who gives him a home will be even luckier because he is a gem of a dog!
He is a wise age of approx. 8-9 yrs old and is a healthy 17 lbs. He sports a beautiful black and brown coat that is unique and only adds to his beautiful personality.
Trebble would like you to know he is no trouble because he is house trained, plays well with other dogs and enjoys going for walks. Because of his gentle nature, we feel he would fine with cats and older children.
He likes curling up in a dog bed in front of the fire or near a warm vent. He enjoys following you around the house and is learning how to be a lap dog.
Trebble does have those yucky heart worms and is currently being treated. He will go to his forever home with all the heartworm medicine he needs and will be good as new when the treatment is complete. He recently had a dental and his pearly whites are smiling just for you.

dreamhappytails.org/adoptform.shtml . Trebble 's adoption fee is $350.00. All adoption fees go directly to veterinary care for DREAM dachshunds. Trebble will go to his new home microchipped, altered, heartworm tested, and up to date on vaccinations. Most dogs' veterinary expenses are greater than our adoption fees.
DREAM is an all-volunteer rescue group, and we focus on the Atlanta, North Georgia and Savannah area. Because we are all volunteers, we can consider applications only within an hour of these areas. DREAM does not recommend purebred dachshunds for families with children under 5, or families planning to have children during the dog's lifetime. Dachshunds are often not patient with little kids, and kids can accidentally hurt a doxie's back.
