Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cream is a four month old female chihuahua mix (possible mixed with dachshund). She is an absolute doll and loves everyone! She has been fostered in a home with both a large and small dog, and she loves to play and snuggle them. She also lives with four children ages 2-11 in her foster home, and she is tolerant and adoring of all the children! She loves belly scratches and happily rolls over for them, but she is just as happy dressed in a tutu and being pushed in a baby stroller! She naps curled up in your lap, and she is doing great learning basic commands. She is potty trained in her foster home and should transition to her forever home with little disruption of that. She is also crate trained, and she loves her little den and goes in without issue. She would make a perfect first dog, a dog for a laid back couple, or an active family with children or other dogs! She will be easy to train and is just an easy going dog all around.
Thank you for your interest in one of our Hero Babies! Before inquiring, we thought it was important to share a few of our policies. We do not adopt puppies under 16 weeks to out of state adopters. This is due to our spay/neuter policies, and all dogs must be spayed/neutered before leaving Georgia state lines. We do not adopt siblings to the same household. We do require that all of your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered. We do not have a shelter, and are a foster-home based organization. Other than meeting our babies at events, we do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org, under the Be A Hero heading.
