Hello! I was sitting in a pound worried about my future when something good happened - a local vet tech school came and got me out so I could help the students learn about becoming vet techs. I have a lot of fun here at school and am treated very well, I get lots of attention. And they are helping me find a new home so I will have a place of my very own at the end of the semester which is March 10, 2017.
My name is Scrappy, I am seven yrs old and a brindle Boston Terrier mix. I weigh 29 pounds. I am a very sweet boy. I need a little warm up time with new people right now but that may change as I make the adjustment from my old home to school. I lived in a home with too many dogs so I did not get a lot of one on one attention there so I am hoping that will change in my new home. I am having fun with the other dogs here at school, I have made a lot of new friends.

NOTE: This dog was pulled from a pound by a local school to help teach students become vet assistants. The semester will be over March 10, 2017. We are helping this dog find an adoptive home or a rescue group by then. Adoption fee is $65 for dogs and includes spay/neuter, shots, heartworm testing for dogs, microchip, deworm, flea preventative.
