Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This sweet boy is Raisin, a 3-year old Dachshund mix (possibly Chihuahua or other small breed). He’s approx. 15 lbs, micro-chipped, neutered, and up-to-date on his shots. We don’t know much about Raisin’s history. He was flown to Las Vegas from a shelter in California in early December and has been in his foster home since early February. Raisin was a little anxious at first with all the change but is getting sweeter by the day as he feels more safe. Raisin has been doing well with the other two dogs (one big, one little) in the house and likes toys and playing chase. Raisin may have had some training in the past because he knows how to sit, is very treat-motivated, and walks great on a leash. Raisin's loves in life are exploring the backyard, having his neck scratched, and snuggling in a lap. As cuddly as he can be, Raisin does not like to be picked up or have a harness put on him and can get a little nervous at times. For this reason, we recommend a patient home with dog experience and no or older kids only. Ultimately, with a little time, attention, and love in a new home, Raisin will be a sweet and dedicated companion. If you think this little cutie would be a good fit for your family, please contact his foster mom at 702-715-5244 and complete an interest application at www.ahome4spot.com. A Home Check and adoption fee will be required.
