Raven's Story...
Raven is still looking for her forever!
Raven is a 9 week old Catahoula/Heeler mix. This little pup is so striking with her Bi-colored eyes and markings! Raven is good with other dogs, cats and kids. She will need her new family to teach her about house breaking and crate training. Due to Raven's breeds, she will be a very high energy dog that will require an active home to match! Herding breed experience is preferred!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Raven, a Oxford Australian Cattle Dog/Catahoula Leopard Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog/Catahoula Leopard Dog for sale in Oxford, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog/Catahoula Leopard Dog puppy from a breeder in Oxford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oxford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oxford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog/Catahoula Leopard Dog breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog/Catahoula Leopard Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oxford paves the way for another one to be saved.
