My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Woof, woof! My name is Brady (aka Chance) and I am a very sweet beagle boy that was found as a stray and rescued from a shelter in North Carolina. I am approx. 5 years old and only weigh 15 lbs. Yep, I’m a little guy, but I have heard many people say that good things come in small packages! I am friendly with the other doggies that I have met in my foster home during my brief stay here. I am a quiet and calm boy and I walk very well on a leash. I get along fine with people, but it might take me a little bit of time before I am ready to ‘engage’ with them. I am a little jumpy if you come up behind me, but I’m sure I will get used to things once I get settled in my own home. My foster mom said that I will need a little help with housetraining, but that I do go potty when taken outside. I hope you can be patient with me as I learn the rules of your house. Everything is new to me now… I don’t remember where I used to live, but I do know that I went from sitting in a shelter to spending time in a foster home before getting on a transport van and making the long trek up to NJ for arrival on Feb 4! Those sure are a lot of changes to my doggie ‘world’ in a short period of time! I will be at Petsmart on Saturday to meet all the volunteers and other beagles. Perhaps I will get lucky and meet my forever family, too! If you are interested in adding me to your forever home, please fill out an application and submit it to Penny Angels.
