Hi People,
My name is Loveable Laci and I am a darling bichon girl of five who is a wonderful addition to any family. My foster mom says that I’m a gentle and playful pup who is equally funny and loving.
Mom says when she is sitting in the chair, I come up to her and put my head in her lap and look at her with my beautiful eyes. She says that if I were a kitty you could hear me purr (Silly Mom, that’s not what a furkid would do!) Instead, when I look at her she can see all the love and kindness in my eyes – and in my beautiful soul.
I’m not a couch potato though like all good bichons I do love to lie on the pillows and scrunch them up in a perfect way! I love to play and have this little game I taught Mom. It’s called “fetch” and here is how it goes: Mom or Dad throw the ball and I run after it. Sometimes, but not always I bring it back! When I don’t Mom knows just what to do. She gets the ball and throws it to me. (I really like that part and Mom is very good at it too!)
I’m excellent in the car, totally housebroken good with other dogs and pretty good with Mom’s cats. Dad says I like to take long walks (we go for about a mile each time), bark only when appropriate, am very loyal and enjoy being with my person, giving love and affection. And while I love attention, I don’t demand it.
It’s true that I’m recovering from having my hair shaved off yet it’s growing back in and is soft and white. Dad says even without my fluffy hair that my sweetness and gentleness shows through – and that I’m very good at stealing hearts (I told Dad I’m a very good girl and I would never steal anything. He just smiles and pats my head.)
Mom says I’m a treasure – and that I have the bestest disposition in the world!!! She thinks I would do best in a family with children to play with or another playful dog and that only the most special family will be right for me! Mom knows that there is one waiting for a sweet bichon girl like me.
