I am a sweet bloodhound / hound mix, who was found stray near Essex Hills Rd wearing a chain collar, but no ID. I have some skin issues around my neck where the collar was, and also on my legs. I am on medicine for my skin, and I am an older adult who would love a home to continue to care for my skin. I would also love a sponsor for my neuter and vaccines when I'm healthy enough.
