My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If you're searching for a devoted and loving best friend....Ned is the pup you want to have around! Ned, at just 5 months old and 7 lbs (anticipated to be approximately 10 lbs when full-grown), is just naturally a lover ....when he looks at you with those dark, expressive eyes and sweet smile, your heart just has to melt.

Ned is a young, healthy guy who will love his family with all his heart. He would enjoy another kind and gentle dog to play with (although if his family is loving and present, Ned would do fine alone as well). He would love nothing more than to lie in the sunshine enjoying a beautiful day with a doggie or human friend. Ned would also have so much fun exploring and taking walks along neighborhood paths saying hello to everyone. He is always open to new activities...just say the word and up he jumps for a car ride or any fun activity.

Ned's Kansas rescuer had the following to say to brag about this sweet guy:

Ned is an adorable Schnauzer/Terrier mix (or so he's been identified by the Kansas vets) with a beautiful face and the prettiest eyes ever (his photos don't do him justice..he's SO cute). Ned is 5 months old, weighs 7 lbs and just gets smarter and more engaging every single day (but I'm sure I'm biased :-)).

Ned is an extremely affectionate and loving dog! I would love to see him in a home with a family (older kids preferred so there's no tail-pulling) or loving retirees who have the time and love for a very loyal and sweet lap-dog. I'd hate to see Ned left alone all day while his family works full-time. I think he's too sensitive for that. He's such an amazing dog and just the right size and temperament to accompany his people just about anywhere.

Farfel's Rescue would like to see Ned in a home where he'll get consistent mental stimulation, exercise and tons of hugs. He'll be overjoyed to interact with his family and show them the extent of his love.

We're requested that Ned be neutered prior to his transport to Denver. We're not optimistic that this will occur. If it doesn't...Farfel's is happy to cover all costs for Ned's neuter and microchip if our Denver area vet is used.

Ned will be arriving on transport in Denver on Tuesday 2/7/17. If interested in this sweet and devoted best friend, please fill out an application at http://farfelsrescue.com/adoption/ and submit to farfelsapps@gmail.com or fax to 303-443-7730.
