White Nose (Neutered)-New Pics's Story...
"White Nose" is a majestic 7-year old male kitty who arrived at the HSOV on January 23, 2017 along with several of his best friends who shared his previous home after their mistress passed away and they were left homeless.

"White Nose is a big boy with a personality to match :) He has a brown tabby coat in a tuxedo pattern with a white bib on his chest, white spats on his paws, a long ringed tail with a white tip on the end, and an adorable face with (naturally) a white nose.

This handsome guy is a regular 'Don Juan' and a pushover for attention. He is always waiting at the door of his cage in anticipation of of some petting, loving, or a little out-of-cage time with staff/volunteers. "White Nose" has our photographer wrapped around his paws, and he was treated to an updated photo session on February 9th and asked to wear a formal bow tie. "White Nose" thoroughly enjoyed the experience!

"White Nose" weighs approximately 9 lbs. He was neutered on February 8, 2017 and was also given rabies vaccine. "White Nose" would love to be chosen as someone's special Valentine <3

Why Adoption is a Great Option

White Nose (Neutered)-New Pics, a Marietta Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
