Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Are you looking for a droopy eyed girl, well I am your girl. My name is Martha and I am a 6 year old, spayed Basset Hound. I have a very sad story which causes me to be shy and slow to warm up to humans. I love other dogs and even get along with cats. I would prefer a home with adults or older children only, and to have another dog for me to play with. I don't have a mean bone in my body and my foster home does have younger children but I'm afraid of loud noises so that's why my foster mom thinks a quiet home would be best for me. My new owner would also have to understand that it will take a little while for me to warm up to them. I am really a dog's dog though. I am a good girl, I potty outside, sleep nicely in my crate and can be left out during the day with no problems. Will you be my fur-ever home?? If you'd like to meet me, please email info@habitat4paws.org.
