Lynx Point Ragdoll

Rica is a stunning Ragdoll with the sweetest temperament you could ask for. She was found as a stray and brought to the local shelter where we were able to get her. Her right eye is slightly larger than the left and is opaque blue with no visible retina. The shelter was happy for us to take her so she could go visit our ophthalmologist. The eye specialist examined her and, although we don't know if she was born like this or if it's from an old injury, it is nothing to be concerned about. She is blind in that eye but has excellent vision in her left eye. There is no infection or drainage or anything to worry about for now or in the future.

Rica is such a sweet mellow kitty that nothing seems to phase her, other kitties, little dogs, big dogs, bunnies, all are OK by her. She even enjoys the attention of small, well-behaved children. She loves to get belly rubs and especially likes to squeeze her large frame into little baskets, boxes, whatever is available.

She is a big girl and loves to eat, and she is also quite vocal if you are late with her dinner! Rica is just a big love of a cat that will fill your heart and home with love.
