Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Raci and her buddy, Hoover, were surrendered after tragic circumstances forced their owner to give them up. Raci is a young senior who weighs 63 pounds and is around 10 years old. The vet was amazed that she is in such good shape. Raci is energetic, but not overwhelmingly so. She likes to meet other dogs on her daily walks and gets along well with other dogs, cats, and children. She has a sweet, calm personality and is very easy to love. She is affectionate without being clingy and needy. She was very much loved by her owners and they took good care of her and Hoover. Raci would love to find another great owner who would take care of her and give her a loving home to call her own. Someone will be very lucky to have her as a wonderful companion.
We are a RESCUE GROUP, not a shelter, and all of our animals are in foster homes. To start the adoption process, email us at adoptions@earstexas.org requesting an application. Submitting an application does not commit you in any way, but helps us make the best match between people and our available dogs. Your current or past dogs must be spayed or neutered, on heartworm prevention, and be primarily inside dogs or we will not consider your application to adopt. All of the dogs in our program are inside dogs and are completely vetted including all vaccinations, spayed/neutered, free of internal parasites, microchipped, heartworm negative and on prevention before adoption. Our adoption process includes an application, check of vet records or personal references, interview, neutral site meet & greet with the dog and your family, and a home visit.
