Buddy's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Buddy's Story...
Buddy was born on an 80 acre farm and is a purebred yellow lab according to his previous owner. The family had to move and Buddy was forced to find a new home :( He went to a big-heart animal lover in Dickson, TN, but her dogs didn't like Buddy. Buddy does great with everyone. He's been around cats, chickens, dogs and cows with no issues. Buddy appears to be house trained and has been walking to the door the short time he has been with his new foster to go outside. He's a gorgeous boy. Very sweet and is going to make an amazing family member. He will go to vet tomorrow, Feb 29th, to get neutered and shots and then will be ready to go to a new forever home. Come meet Buddy and he'll be your buddy for life!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buddy, a Goodlettsville Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Goodlettsville, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Goodlettsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Goodlettsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Goodlettsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Goodlettsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
