Kobe is a one year old maltese mix that weighs about 8 lbs. He gets along well with other dogs and loves to cuddle.

Kobe came to our group after a volunteer spotted him roaming a busy street. She followed him and learned that he belonged to a neighborhood drug addict that no longer wanted him.
