Here's what the humans have to say about me:
2017-03-06: Hello, they call me Jorden. I’m a young (~1 =-2years old) black lab looking for my furever family. Although I am a tall fellow, I currently weigh about ~62 lbs, but I may grow a little more since I am a growing pup. I am currently staying with my foster parents and foster brother who looks just like me. I really enjoy cuddles and snuggles with all three of them. I hate being alone, and sometimes get into things when I am bored. I am looking for a family that understands young Labradors like myself and all the love, activity, and discipline they need. Did I mention I need lots of love?? I love LOVE. I just melt into peoples hands every time. I just lay down with belly in the air hoping for belly rubs. No matter who it is, even people I meet on my walks. I will do anything for a belly rub.
I really love playing tug with my foster brother. We can play for hours. Since I am a young pup, I need to be in a home where I have a fellow dog to play with that enjoys my company as much as I enjoy theirs. I am not sure what cats are, so I think its best I just stick to what I know.
I am also looking for a family that likes to take me out on daily walks, or the occasional run, I am young and excersize is important to me physically and mentally. Also, one of my favorite things is a car ride. I don’t care where we are going, as long we are going together, I love my car rides.
I did go through a couple weeks of training to learn my manners, and want to make sure that my new family stays consistent with the same commands, walks, and exercises so that I always remember and continue to learn more. If you are interested in learning more about me, please contact SCLRR and be sure to fill out an adoption application if you haven’t already. Now if you would excuse me, I am off to chase that tennis ball!
