Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I am an approximately 5 year old neutered male Dogue de Bordeux weighing about 81 lbs. I was surrendered because my family had to move to a small apartment and couldn't take me with them.
I am a friendly and happy guy who they raised from puppyhood. I grew up with a small, older chihuahua and lived peacefully with that dog for a few years before the chi passed away from old age. I spent most of my time outside, though I often had someone out there playing with me. I was around lots of people of different ages, My favorite person was a 4 year old girl who would spend hours playing fetch with me. I was very gentle and playful with her. I don't do good with babies or kids who cry/scream because it scares me and I get nervous! My former family also took me out with them often and say that I ride well in the car and walk well on leash. If I see other dogs while they were out or when he was in the yard, he mostly ignored them. I also ignored any cats or birds that came into the yard.
Overall, I am a big goof! I am definitely playful and super snuggly. If you would like to meet me, please fill out an application at pawspetadoption.org. THANKS!
