Maggie's Story...
Maggie is a sweet and cuddly Labrador mix puppy just 2.5 months old.  She was born on December 23, 2016 in the sanctuary of our sister organization in Mexico.  The entire litter are the most friendly and playful puppies.  Taking after their loving mom, Maggie will be a medium energy dog and somewhere between a medium to large size dog when fully grown.  We think Maggie would be perfect for a family with children over the age of 5 years.  Maggie has already been spayed, dewormed and vaccinated.  She is ready for adoption in either Victoria or Vancouver, BC.  We just know there is a family out there who would be perfect for our Maggie.  If you think that is you, contact us at info.pvca@gmail.com for an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maggie, a Nanaimo Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Nanaimo, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Nanaimo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Nanaimo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Nanaimo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Nanaimo paves the way for another one to be saved.
