Angel is a beautiful and sweet one year old great dane mix that is wondering when she can go home. She came to us from our Newark facility after she was turned in due to landlord issues, and poor Angel looks as if she is wondering why in the world she is here and not in a home where she belongs. This calm, quiet girl is very mellow and well behaved. She is a little shy when she first meets people but once she has sniffed you out, she is as comfortable as if she had known you her whole life. Angel is very mature for a young pup and prefers taking leisurely strolls and standing beside you, getting attention, as opposed to running around and playing with toys. She gets excited and happy when it's time for a walk and even though she's a big girl, she is very well behaved on a leash. Angel is polite and ladylike and she even seems to like other dogs just fine. She would love to get into a great home with a family that will give her all of the love and attention that she deserves.
