Here's what the humans have to say about me:
MacTavish
Born ~1/1/17, M, Tabby and White Maine Coon Mix
MacTavish is just a little guy. He is putting all his growing into his long legs and long body and long tail. He is kind of like a colt, all legs. I love his wide-eyed expression. “Oh, Look at the world! Look at all this stuff!” He is adorable. And there is not a mean bone in his fuzzy little body. He seems destined to grow up to be a real character, which is what Maine Coons tend to be. They are also comedians and family entertainers.
He came to me at about three weeks old from a family who had too many kitties. That is what happens when you don’t spay and neuter your cats; suddenly, “Oh my god!” you are feeding thirty! no forty! And it just gets quickly worse from there. Purebreds has been helping this nice family that got themselves in too-many-cats trouble. (Also Animal Control Officer trouble) .
So here is little MacTavish, an utter darling. What does he like? Everything? He likes every single thing. He will eat anything. He uses his box perfectly. He wants to play and play and when he is tired, please hold him while he sleeps. Perfect.
His foster mom is Harriet in Santa Cruz.
Contact Harriet at (831) 336-2983 or toharrietjane@comcast.net if you have questions, or send an Adoption Application. If you are unable to reach Harriet by phone or email, email us at Info@purebredsplus.org.
NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interest!
