My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If dogs could talk we are sure Turtle would have plenty of stories to tell, but he is a man of few words so we can really only go by what we know. Turtle was found as a stray and is estimated to be a 12 year old shih tzu. He has what appears to be some cloudiness in his eyes and may limit his vision, but he gets along so well its difficult to say. The vet has also found he has a severe heart murmur - we can only assume because he has so much love to give, it can't fit into a normal heart!

Turtle loves all people he meets, and his favorite place to curl up is on your feet, which is helpful on a cold day. He is also happy to give his belly to anyone who pays him a few minutes of attention, including all kids.
Turtle also gets along great with other dogs, but given his size and age he may be better suited to lower key dogs who won't try to rough house with him too much.
He is hoping to catch the eye of a family looking for a sweet old soul in small, cuddly body.
