Pretty little D'Arcy is more than just a pretty face- she's super-smart, full of spunk, eager to please and to learn new things, and an expert cuddler. Just 4 months old, D'Arcy is still figuring things out and makes some mistakes, but she is very quick to respond to correction from people, other dogs, or even from cats! D'Arcy is mostly reliable with her potty training, and well on her way to mastering it. This little girl loves to play, wrestle, and tries her very best to keep up with the big dogs, but when she's tuckered out, her favourite place is your lap. Meet her once, and her soulful, soft brown eyes will melt your heart.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

D'Arcy, a Regina German Shepherd Dog/Border Collie puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Border Collie for sale in Regina, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Border Collie puppy from a breeder in Regina.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Regina already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Regina breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Border Collie breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Regina paves the way for another one to be saved.
