Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Midnight is a super cute lab mix girl who has been through quite a lot recently. She was saved in the nick of time from a rural shelter about 8 weeks ago, and shortly after reaching our vet's office, she gave birth to 5 beautiful puppies. Now all of her puppies have been adopted, and it's time for Midnight to find her forever home. She is estimated to be around 2 years old, but she acts as if she still has puppy/teenager energy. Being cooped up with 5 puppies for several weeks can sure cause some pent up energy!
We have learned that Midnight is a smart girl who appears to be mostly housebroken (she had an accident when she got really excited), and she knows some commands already.
FOSTER UPDATE 6/26/17: She is in a foster home and doing great. I can't believe this sweet girl hasn't gotten snatched up yet! We love coming home to her smiling face after a rough day at work. She LOVES going to the dog park and has made many new friends, including a 120 pound Great Dane! She also loves going for walks to the river and playing in the water. At night she sleeps under the covers with us and spends most of her day sunbathing on the back porch. She has only had one accident the day we brought her home but has since used the bathroom outside. She also knows how to use the doggie door. The best part about her is her size! She is small enough to pick up but still has a deeper bark and all the qualities of a lab! We think she has some jack Russell in her since she bounces everywhere she goes. Midnight would love a forever family and would do well in almost any home as long as she gets some play time and trips to the dog park!
