Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My name is Milo and I’m a happy, laid-back 1-year-old Bassett Hound-Terrier mix who just can’t seem to get enough loving. If you sit anywhere near me, I want to get right next to you to have my head rubbed, ears scratched … it doesn’t matter, just love on me. My long body, short legs and big feet don’t slow me down. I walk well on a leash, although I must admit that I stop every now and then to roll over on my back to get a tummy rub. Not at all aggressive toward other dogs, I have already won the heart of the shelter’s most beautiful Hound mix, Maggie Mae. Because I so love to be handled, I think I would be great with older children but would need to be closely supervised with little ones as I do occasionally give little love nips. I will need a family that enjoys my fun and affectionate spirit but is willing to set parameters and provide some training. I weigh about 20 lbs. and am up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, neutered and microchipped. If interested in meeting me please email martowe514@gmail.com or call Margaret at 843-869-3869. Thank you for taking the time to read my story. I look forward to meeting you.
