Maddie's Story...
Meet Maddie! This blue-eyed beauty is about two years old. We think she is Chocolate Lab or possibly Lab/Husky mix, with those blue eyes and her conversational skills. Maddie has great energy and would love a person to play and cuddle with. She is good with other dogs, cats, pigs and chickens -- but she does to love bark at horses. She is housebroken, doesn't chew, and is very people oriented.

If you are interested in giving this sweet girl a home, please visit our website http://jojosdoghouse.com and download an application or email us at jojosdogrescue @gmail.com and we will send you one. Adoption fee is $250 and includes spay, up-to-date vaccinations and microchip with lifetime registration. Thanks for choosing adoption!

Please visit our Facebook page JoJo's DogHouse (non-profit) to learn more about us and see many of the dogs we have rescued. We hope you'll join JoJo's family of adopters!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maddie, a Gallatin Labrador Retriever/Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Husky for sale in Gallatin, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Husky dog from a breeder in Gallatin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gallatin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gallatin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Husky breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gallatin paves the way for another one to be saved.
