My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Scorch was rescued from a local kill shelter where he had been brought in as a stray. Being in a kill shelter as kitten season is brewing is never a good thing, but being black makes it even worse. Fortunately for Scorch, his personality won over a Furry Friend's volunteer and sprung him from the joint. He is super affectionate and loving and gets along with kids, cats and dogs. Fortunately Scorch tested negative for the nasty stuff, but he did catch an upper respiratory infection during his stray-hold stent at the shelter. He is all over it now and good to go. Scorch follows his foster mom around like a puppy. There is nothing not to love about this sleek beautiful black kitty with the preacher spot of white on his neck! All he needs is you!
