Here's what the humans have to say about me:
DESPERATE FOR A FOSTER HOME...or better yet, a loving, easy going forever home. Drew's previous owner was recently diagnosed with a rare, dangerous virus and it will be a very long time for her to recover and then learn to fully function again. In the meantime, Drew is being cared for by a person that can hold him for only a couple more days. He is then bound for the pound. Drew is a 6.5yr old, heavier than he should be, Lab / pitbull mix. He adores people but has not been socialized with other animals so must be the only dog in the home. He is somewhat of a couch potato, but he does enjoy following you around the yard when doing yard work and he absolutely loves car rides. He also loves his short afternoon walks on uninhabited trails. He was trained to use a doggy door so this would be ideal, or at least have the opportunity to go in and out into the fenced backyard at will. He would do best in an adult only home or one with kids over 12yrs old.
