Fernando's Story...
Fernando is an adorable 10 week old energetic puppy who LOVES to play and wrestle with his buddy, full of life and curiosity! He was found stray in Mexico and asked the first rescuer he met if he could get help to cross the border, then found his way to The REAL Bark. He has beautiful darker markings that should come in darker as he gets older. He’s an intelligent little kid and super cute. He would enjoy being part of an active family where he gets plenty of exercise and play time.

He will have had this first two rounds of puppy vaccinations and we will take care of all remaining vaccinations and neuter. He is looking for a foster or adopter in his newly found homeland of Los Angeles!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fernando, a Los Angeles Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
