Princess's Story...
Did you know that pups can be royalty? Princess will forgive you if you didn't know that!

Princess is a healthy young terrier mix who ruled her kingdom with grace, that is, until she was surrendered by her owners to a Memphis shelter and was placed on the euthanize list (not a kind thing to do to someone so regal). The folks at Keely's could see that she was meant for a forever home (like a castle, not a cage), so we rescued her!

She is a sweet fur baby and loves all the kisses. Along with her gracefulness, she is also energetic and has such a playful spirit. Princess is not picky about the castles she lives in, so if you think she would make a wonderful addition to your "court", contact us or fill out an application: https://form.jotform.us/Keelysfriendsdogrescue/companiondog !

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Princess, a Goodlettsville Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Boxer for sale in Goodlettsville, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Boxer dog from a breeder in Goodlettsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Goodlettsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Goodlettsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Boxer breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Goodlettsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
