This sweet little man is Rascal.
He is a Chiweenie- a chihuahua/ dachshund mix. Right now, little Rascal weighs only 3.7 pounds. He came to us weighing less than 2 pounds. The vet says he is not going to grow much more either, maybe 5-6 pounds in total!!
He loves his foster home because they have lots of friends for him to play with- 4 cats and a big dog (50 pounds) . He loves the backyard a lot! He doesn't go on too many walks yet because he is so small, but running and playing in the yard with the other dog is his favorite thing.
He is very energetic! We have to be careful when he is around because he loves to walk close to your feet. He does get under your feet.
He is so lovable. He enjoys sitting on our laps and snuggling under our chin. He does not like to be left alone.
He is crate trained but is still working on the potty training. He'll get it!
Rascal would be perfect for a family with older children. He would also do well with other dogs and cats too, as he enjoys playing so much.
