Samantha - PREADOPTED!'s Story...
Samantha is the sweetest gal you will ever meet! She is between 2-4 years old, and is fully vetted. She was picked up by animal control and looks like she's been on her own for a while. She was emaciated and in bad shape. She is recovering now and doing much better. Samantha is great with other dogs and will be fine in a home with kids.

If you would like to meet/adopt Samantha, please fill out our application. She will be available in June.

We will answer any questions you may have once the application is received.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Samantha - PREADOPTED!, a Edgewater German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Edgewater, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Edgewater.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Edgewater already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Edgewater breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Edgewater paves the way for another one to be saved.
