Rigby, an adorable 9 month old Papillon/Chihuahua mix estimated to have been born 8/2/16, weighs 4.5 lbs. He loves to cuddle and give kisses. He gets along with everyone and is always happy to meet new people. He loves attention and wants to be with you. He does great with potty pads and likes to go outside often. He is great with other dogs and is playful. When you meet him, he will melt your heart. His little raccoon mask makes him look mischievous but that tiny face is just full of love.
