The Walking Dead: Michonne's Story...
Meet Michonne! She was once the product of an 'accidental litter' but is now known for melting hearts with her goofy personality and sweet disposition. Michonne is house trained, crate trained, and working on her manners like all typical puppies :) She absolutely loves to play with other dogs and is great with kids (as long as they don't mind sloppy kisses!) She is around 5/6 months old and is a lab mix.

If you're interested in adopting, please visit our website at www.c2cnd.org; complete the adoption application. Adoption fee for pups up to 2 years of age is $250, 2+ years is $225, & giant breeds is $350. The recovery fee covers their age appropriate shots, microchip, deworming, heartworm test (if old enough to be tested; treatment if necessary), and spay/neuter.

Due to our thorough adoption process (resulting in prolonged wait times for long-distance families), our dogs will be available to local adopters only. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you have questions about a dog, please EMAIL us at dogs@c2cnd.org and we will respond as soon as possible

Why Adoption is a Great Option

The Walking Dead: Michonne, a Charlotte Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
