Here's what the humans have to say about me:
FOSTER LOCATION: Boise ID
Sasha the Jack Russel mix is a cuddle bug; she likes to sit right on your lap and sleep under the covers with you. This girl is a dream! At only 11 months old she is full of spunk and a ton of fun.
When not cuddled up with you she loves to walk; walking, tug of war and cuddling are her favorite activities. She has a little bit of separation anxiety but calms down after a few minutes and just chews on her toy; with a stable home life and a good routine this should subside.
She is good on leash and loves to see new people and dogs; everyone is a new best friend to meet. At 11 months old she is still a puppy and will need someone to continue to train her. She is house trained 90% of the time and has never gone potty in her crate; she does know how to use a dog door. With a good routine she will be house trained in no time. She has no food aggression but does knock other dogs out of the way for treats (she will need someone to teach her to wait her turn if she is in a house with other dogs). Also because she is so snappy with treats we require no kids under 6 please; she could snap little fingers trying to get to a treat.
Sasha is a cat chaser; so far she’s never caught one but we aren’t willing to take a risk that she will hurt one so her new home must have no cats. This spunky girl will need a doggy buddy in her new home; a fun loving, playful dog that will romp with her would be best. She loves to play with other dogs and gets frustrated if she doesn’t get enough play time which can lead to destructive behavior.
If you can offer adorable little Sasha a home full of hugs, walks and play time , please complete an adoption application here: http://fuzzypawzrescue.com/adopt/adoption-application-2/
