FOR PUPPIES, PLEASE BE @ PETCO BETWEEN 10 - 10:30 AM
you will be asked to complete an easy form about your household, forms WILL NOT be handed out after 10:30 am, from 10:30 am - 11:00 am you will be able to meet with the puppies. At 11:00 am the lotteries (if more than one person is interested) will start.

IF you have a dog, please bring along to make sure he/her gets along with the PAWS dog or puppy.
