If you do not like to groom a dog then I am the dog for you. I am a smooth collie and mixed with something! All I need is an occasional brushing or combing and a bath and I am ready for some action. My foster is not really sure what I am mixed with but it seems to be a good combination. I have the collie colors and sweetness, but my build and head says something else. I am a strong, sturdy, stay by your side dog, I only weigh 60 lbs. I do like to play with other female dogs, but not addicted to having a playmate for 24 hours, so being by myself would be just fine.It is not known if I have been around children so it would be best if I have a home without small children. i have completed heartworm treatment and I am now on preventive. I am current on shots and neutered. I am partially house trained and know how to use a doggy door. I am a good rider and do well on a leash. You can find an application and terms of adoption at DFW Collie Rescue requires a home visit and references for adoption, so fill out that app today! An adoption fee and a small fee to register my microchip is also required. You may call or text 214-668-5794 to inquire. i am being fostered southwest of Ft. Worth, Tx.

About DFW Collie Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

DFW Collie Rescue was founded by Carolyn Edgmon in 2005 with a mission of rescuing collies from the Dallas/ Ft. Worth, Tx. area. Over the years collies from all parts of Texas and Oklahoma have been rescued and adopted. We are a small organization adopting around 25 collies a year and yet since 2005 over 275collie and collie mixes have been adopted to new forever homes. Carolyn showed and raised collies for over 25 years and has an extensive knowledge of the collies. Foster homes are always needed and must be approved the same as an adopter. Once approved, a foster must agree to the terms of the foster home agreement. Any expenses for the collie in a foster home are paid for by DFW Collie Rescue. Donations are always needed to help pay expenses such as vetting, food, heartworm preventive, etc. Donations may be made via PayPal on our website 100% of a donation goes for expenses.

Come Meet Our Pets...
