Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Kettle is a seven-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier mix who came to Home Fur Good in May. He is on the petite side for a Staffie, weighing—perfect for any activity—34 pounds. Well, ok, he may have put on a pound or two; being a good boy, he gets a few treats from well-meaning volunteers. Kettle is people-oriented and thrives when taken out for social interaction or activities. He is not ready for a rocking chair, he does not know he is middle aged, and he is always up for fun. He can barely contain his wag and wiggle when he realizes he is about to go for a walk. If taken outside to a dog yard, Kettle will entertain himself with a soccer ball or squeaky toy. All you have to do is spend a few moments with Kettle and he will show you his silly and playful side; he embraces life and lives for the moment! The adoption fee is $150 and includes spaying/neutering, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and a free wellness visit with our vet. Our adoption hours are Thursday-Saturday from 11:00 am-4:00 pm, and Mondays by appointment, and we are located at 10220 N. 32nd Street (just south of Shea Blvd.) in Phoenix. Out-of-state adoptions to surrounding states are possible; however, an in-person introduction with us and our dogs is mandatory. We offer a low-cost vaccine clinic on Sundays from 11:00 am-2:30 pm, and a low-cost dental clinic on Wednesdays by appointment. Visit our website at www.homefurgood.org for more information.
