Facts about Ginger-"G Group Kittens

  • Breed: Abyssinian
  • Color: Tiger Striped
  • Age: Kitten
  • Sex: Female
  • Hair: Short
.New...11 weeks old Gem, Gilligan and Ginger. 2 girls; 1 boy

Ginger looks to have quite a bit of Abyssinian in her heritage. Pictures don't capture all of her beauty- must be seen in person!! She's active, athletic and just LOVES to chase mylar toys!
Typical of the breed, she is more independent minded but will insist on participating in every aspect of her person's life. Ginger is not a kitten who likes being handled extensively but will gravitate to your lap when you least expect it.. Grace and beauty and a bit of spunk!) all in one tiny package. She has that unique wow factor for sure!

Gem is a dark tabby with super-white trim. She is a fluffy people oriented little girl. If a loving, cuddly kitten is what you want in a companion, you'll want to meet her. More interested in getting next to humans than playing...a velcro kitty.

Gilligan is a charming kitten. He sports a gorgeous silver tabby coat with white booties and has a fantastic sweet personality! Gilligan is the most adventurous and confident of the litter - your typical boy! Family fun is what he'll bring!

These kittens are available in pairs or one to be a companion to another kitten already in our care...or yours!f Posted 5/2517

About Home Alone Feline Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a small, private feline-only rescue group dedicated to the rescue, care and placement of homeless cats and kittens. We do not have a shelter and rely on a group of dedicated foster homes to care for our felines until a "fur-ever" home can be found. We actively promote the importance of spaying and neutering and best practices in companion animal care. The majority of our cats/kittens come from high-kill shelters. We do not receive any government funding and rely on private contributions, 100% of which go to provide medical care, food and supplies.

You can support our rescue by shopping your favorite online stores through It's FREE and easy to use. Simply click on the link below which will connect you directly to our shelter's shopping page. Then shop like you always do at your favorite stores, including Amazon, Ebay, Petsmart & Home Depot. Whatever you buy, a portion of EVERY purchase will come to us in a cash donation.

Come Meet Our Pets...

All of our cats are in private foster homes; therefore, we require an application be completed before setting up appointments to meet them; an application can be e-mailed, faxed or mailed upon request. Adopters must be within a reasonable driving distance to No. VA ( 60 minutes); we do not ship/transport our animals. We participate in public adoption event held in various locations in the Wash.DC/No. VA areal most Sundays in conjunction with other rescuers. Please e-mail us for specifics.

Our Adoption Process...

We strive to make the "purr-fect" match through our interview and application process. Adoption fees, which range from $100-$135, include all medical work (FELV/FIV testing, shots; spay/neuter, etc); home visits are required prior to final placement. The majority of our kittens are only available for adoption in pairs or as a companion to another young cat/kitten already in the home. Sorry, but we do not adopt very young kittens to families with children under 6 yrs old due to safety concerns for both child and kitten. Adopters also receive a certificate for a free comprehensive wellness exam at any Caring Hands Animal Hospital.
