Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Just about perfect is what comes to mind when we think of Shelby.
She is currently in foster care and doing great. Shelby lives with 2 other dogs and gets along well with both of them. She is housebroken, walks nicely on leash, has good manners, is cuddly and affectionate, and great with dog savvy children of any age. She rides well in the car but if you do a lot of stopping a starting she does get motion sickness. But she is fine if she take dramamine.
Shelby is about 1 1/2 years old, and medium in size. She weighs about 45-50 pounds. Her coloring is quite unique just like her. We think she is a mix of hound and possibly a blue heeler or Dobie.
Her perfect home would have a fenced in backyard, another dog to play with, and a family that will love her forever. She loves to go on walks, and to chase squirrels in her yard.
If you would like to meet Shelby please email Iris at wjvolunteers@yahoo.com.
