Barclay was adopted from a rural shelter by a loving family. Unfortunately, the new baby is having breathing problems and they had to make the heartbreaking decision to give him up. Barclay weighs 46lbs, is housebroken, good with kids, cats, and other dogs. He is around 4 years old.
