Toby was surrendered by his owner because she stated that he was wreaking havoc in her retirement community. Apparently, he liked to bark however we have not really noticed an abnormal amount of barking out of him. Toby is a happy little guy and his tail is always wagging. He looks like he is always smiling and just wants some attention. Toby is very social and seems to like everybody he meets. A very sweet, good natured dog. Toby should do fine in any home situation and with any type of family. He gets along with other dogs but cats are unknown. Toby is 4 years old and has a lot of life left in him! He is also a purebred dachshund (those short little legs...we just LOVE them). Toby weighed 17 pounds at his neuter on 6/28/2017. Toby just needs someone to love him forever and he will be on Cloud 9!
