THEIR STORY: Meet Bunny! She was found living under a porch of a home. Some college students were caring for her before they notified us. She was EXTREMELY pregnant and we got her into foster home just in time. She didn't belong out there as she is friendly to any stranger. She is now spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, and has revolution on the back of her neck. She got the name Bunny as she had her kittens a few days from Easter. BTW: all her kittens found their forever homes.

PERSONALITY:
She is such a sweet cat! She loves loves loves to be petted and needs attention. She likes (YES I DID SAY LIKE) all 3 of my children which the youngest is 2 years old!! This is a rare thing for adult cats! No she doesn't run and hide, she enjoys the chaos! She is very social, likes new people, and likes to meow from time to time. She gets along with other cats, but it would take her time (Just like ANY cat would). One thing she does (When stressed) is that she pulls out her hair. She has seen a vet for this and even received a cortisone shot, but has since stopped. So with new changes she may do it, but again would stop when not stressed. I think once she is in her FOREVER Home, she will no longer do this at all. Check out the videos of her!

***Within the first few weeks to a month you will know if the adoption is not working out. At this time we will take the animal back. We don't want to see them given to the Humane Society (which can euthanize upwards of 50 or more cats a day like our local shelter) or left to fend for themselves on the streets. Please never let the humane society be a choice for ANY animal. They rely on us for their well-being******

We are a registered 501c3 non-profit rescue organization located in New Smyrna Beach. We do not have a shelter, but rely on foster parents and homes to house our rescued animals. Because of this our adoption times vary and are very flexible.
