Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ada Is a Sweet Girl Who Loves People 8 year old, large, female, black and red, German Shepherd
Good with other dogs: Unknown
Good with cats: Unknown
Good with children: Yes
Ada is a large, senior girl, but she is incredibly sweet, gentle
and loving, and we really want this wonderful girl to find a loving home. Ada lost her home through
no fault of her own and would love nothing more than a loving, quiet home with people who are home most of the time to dote on her. This beautiful girlis housebroken and crate trained. And the best part is that she absolutely loves all people, especially kids! She seems to be fine with other respectful dogs too. It’s doubtful she’d be good with cats though as we’ve observed she has a high prey drive. She walks great on a leash and absolutely loves her daily walks. She’s well behaved and has a smile on her face and gets excited when it’s time to go for her walk. She’s also a talker, especially if you don’t get her dinner ready on time, which is so cute. Ada has Anal Fistula and needs daily medication as well as plenty of access to potty breaks. But she does great in a home where she would have access to a doggie door so she can go out on her own. She prefers to be crated when her people aren’t home; we’ve observed some anxiety when she’s left alone. And because she’s so darn sweet and loving, it would be great if she could have a family that works or home or is homemore oftenthan not. She does love to play, but she’s also content just hanging out by your side and watching Netflix. If you’re looking for a friendly, sweet companion to stay by your side and keep you company, Ada is your girl.
