My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Stunningly handsome seven-year-old Leo recently arrived at Home Fur Good from the county shelter. He is a gorgeous 54-pound specimen. County said that Leo is a Labrador Retriever and Pit Bull mixture. Sometimes, when Leo is telling a particularly interesting story, he sounds a lot like a hound dog. He is great on a leash, he knows the cue to sit, and he appears to enjoy, or at least tolerate, the company of other dogs. If you are looking for a partner who will enjoy the curiosities of life, you should come on down and meet Leo. The adoption fee is $150 and includes spaying/neutering, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and a free wellness visit with our vet. Our adoption hours are Thursday-Saturday from 11:00 am-4:00 pm, and Mondays by appointment, and we are located at 10220 N. 32nd Street (just south of Shea Blvd.) in Phoenix. Out-of-state adoptions to surrounding states are possible; however, an in-person introduction with us and our dogs is mandatory. We offer a low-cost vaccine clinic on Sundays from 11:00 am-2:30 pm, and a low-cost dental clinic on Wednesdays by appointment. Visit our website at www.homefurgood.org for more information.
