Minnie's Story...
Age: 7 years
Weight: 8 lbs

Minnie might be small but her heart is huge. Her sweet eyes could melt butter, and her little tail wags so fast she could churn it. You can put away the toys; Minnie just wants to snuggle up on your lap. She’ll do a few spins to get comfortable and then try her darndest to hang on when you stand up. She has lived with two other dogs and played happily with kids at our summer camp. Adopt Minnie as your little Mini-Me and she’ll warm your lap and your heart! Minnie is spayed, micro-chipped and current on vaccinations.
Her adoption fee is $100.00

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Minnie, a Truckee Mixed Breed (Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Mixed Breed (Small) for sale in Truckee, or seeking a Mixed Breed (Small) dog from a breeder in Truckee.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Truckee already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Truckee breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Mixed Breed (Small) breeders who help with Mixed Breed (Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Truckee paves the way for another one to be saved.
