Snoopy's Story...
Meet Snoopy! Snoopy originally came to us with 6 siblings when he was just 5 weeks old. The pups were found under a shed and found their way to our rescue through the kindness of strangers. Snoopy was adopted October 1, 2016, and has lived with his mom since then. She has run into difficulties and is working two jobs and can no longer care of him, so she has asked us to find him a new home.

Snoopy is 11 months old now and weighs about 30 lbs. He is very friendly and full of fun. He loves playing ball, chasing toys and snuggling. Snoopy will make a wonderful addition to the family that gives him his forever home.

If you would like to give Snoopy a home, please visit our website: and download an application, or email jojosdogrescue and we will send you an application. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Snoopy, a Gallatin Beagle/Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Dachshund for sale in Gallatin, or seeking a Beagle/Dachshund dog from a breeder in Gallatin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gallatin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gallatin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Dachshund breeders who help with Beagle/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gallatin paves the way for another one to be saved.
