Ivy's Story...
Ivy is a 1 1/2 year old kitty that is needing to find her new purrfect home! She came with her housemate due to their previous family moving and being unable to take them with them. She can be just a little shy at first when in a new environment and will need a family that's patient and willing to give her time to adjust. Once she is comfortable, she will show you just how sweet and loving she can be! She loves getting head and chin scratches, and purr nonstop when she's receiving affection. She is also still young and full of energy so once the feather wand comes out, it's definitely time to play. Ivy doesn't seem to care much for the company of other cats so she may prefer a home where it's just her, or at least where she has her own space. She is already fixed, vaccinated, and microchipped. All she needs is for you to meet ger and fall in love! She is available at the Waggin' Tails Adoption Center in Benbrook, so say hello today! We're open daily from 12-6.

*75% off cat and kitten adoption fees through the end of the month!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ivy, a Benbrook Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Benbrook, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Benbrook.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Benbrook already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Benbrook breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Benbrook paves the way for another one to be saved.
