To find little Bartley in the sea of puppies, we recommend you look right in between your feet. Bartley is definitely a momma's boy. He is always close by his mama or foster mom. He can be very shy and is hesitant to try new things, but every once in a while, he will muster up the courage to try that new thing -- like getting two paws into the puppy pool! When Bartley accomplishes new feats, he quickly runs to tell his mama and foster mom all about it, expecting some belly rubs for his bravery! Bartley needs the extra push from his siblings, but is a fast learner and a sweetheart nonetheless. He would be the perfect addition to anyone who wants a puppy who is little more calm, but has the patience to allow him to take adventures just a little more slowly. He does well with potty training if kept on a schedule and sleeps through the night. Bartley cannot wait to find the perfect family to give him endless love and snuggles.
Mallory and her six puppies were rescued from Southern Oklahoma and came to Dolly's Legacy looking to find a better life. We are honored to be a part of their journey to find the forever families they deserve.
Bartley is a Black Lab/mix pup born 5/12/17. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and dewormed. Adoption fee is $400. The FIRST step is to have you complete our online adoption application. All adoption appointments are scheduled AFTER your application has been approved. Preference is given to those with a verifiable veterinary reference, home ownership & fenced yard, although generally not required. Home ownership is verified through court records. If you are a renter, you must provide landlord contact information.
