Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hiawatha is an adorable 13-week old male kitten who arrived at the HSOV on July 26, 2017 after he was found in the Marietta Ohio area with his mother (Pocahontas) and his four siblings (Chief Dan George, Geronimo, Minnehaha, and Tecumseh).
Hiawatha has a black-and-white short smooth coat, a long tail, and a cute kitten face with a white stripe on muzzle/forehead. This little playboy has a delightful personality and was a natural when it came to posing for his 'Kitten Fancy' centerfold photos :)
Hiawatha was given vaccinations, wormer, and Revolution flea treatment on July 26, 2017. He weighed 3.2 lbs on that date and will be available for adoption as soon as he can be neutered Hiawatha is also available for foster or rescue. Naturally we'd love to see him find a home with one of his siblings (or his mother Pocahontas).
Rescue groups may contact our Feline Rescue Coordinator via email (sharonpaul2@suddenlink.net). We can usually help with transportation and also provide combo testing without charge to rescues.
Hiawatha was neutered on September 20, 2017 and was also given rabies vaccine. He weighed 7.5 lbs on that date.
UPDATE: Hiawatha's sister (Minnehaha) was combo tested on September 8, 2017 and is negative for feline leukemia, FIV, and heartworm (which is also great news for her four brothers and mother) <3
