My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Heather Rose is a beautiful senior female kitty who was surrendered to the HSOV on February 6, 2017 along with several of her soulmates/best friends after their mistress had passed away and they lost their home :(

Heather Rose has a pale gray short smooth coat in a subtle tabby pattern with faint rose/pink shading, a long tail, and a very pretty face with almond-shaped eyes. She has a sweet disposition and an extremely friendly outgoing personality, She loves attention and being held in your arms.

Heather Rose was given vaccinations, wormer, and flea treatment on February 6, 2017. She weighed 6.2 lbs when she entered our shelter and has gained a few pounds thanks to the gourmet meals which are kennel techs are preparing for her :)

Heather Rose joined the residents in our 'Senior Kitty Room' in late Spring/early Summer of 2017 and was given out-of-cage freedom. She is living the life of luxury (age really does have its privileges) :) Although Heather Rose loves the freedom of our Senior Kitty Room, what she would really love is a real home of her very own.

Rescue groups may contact our Feline Rescue Coordinator via email (sharonpaul2@suddenlink.net). We can usually help with transportation and also provide combo testing without charge to rescues/fosters.
